War Memorials

Our memorials team are researching the Queensferry and Dalmeny memorial names and also church, school and masonic memorials. Queensferry Memorial. If you can provide any information or photographs about the men who gave their lives please contact us.

The Queensferry War memorial is situated in the middle of the High Street at the steps of the Rosebery Hall. Every year Queensferry History Group have placed a poppy wreath at the memorial. To mark the centenary of the First World War, the wreaths for each year of the war have had the names of local men who were killed during that year.

The Dalmeny War Memorial is situated at the centre of the village.
